Where will I meet my driver?

For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you with a tablet or a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger's name. 


For transfers from a ferry port or train station, we will always pick you up at the nearest meeting point available. We will communicate your exact meeting point when we confirm your booking. 

For transfers from your accommodation, the driver will wait for you at the reception or outside the building.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes and fees. The maximum number of passengers which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. The number of passengers does not affect the price.

What is included in the rate?

When you book with us, you can have peace of mind, because we promise there will be NO HIDDEN FEES. The rate you receive from us in your email quote is ALL-INCLUSIVE. We do NOT have any hidden "gas/fuel" surcharges, "time of day" surcharges, "number of passenger" surcharges, or any other hidden surcharges.

What is a private transfer?

A private transfer is a pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle reserved solely for your party. Pre-booked private transfer drivers wait for you at a specific meeting point which you choose during booking, and take you directly to the exact address or location indicated by you when making the booking.

Can my driver speak English?

All of our drivers speak very good English and will provide you with a lot of tips and information about Croatia. Feel free to ask them what to see, where to eat and what to do.

What form of payments do you accept?

There are different options for making payment:

  • 100% of payment online with electron or credit cards (we accept Visa electron, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
  • 20% of payment online with electron or credit cards (we accept Visa electron, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and remaining amount to driver (80%)
  • 100% by Paypal (after the booking we will send you Paypal invoice)
  • 100% cash to the driver at the end of your transfer

What if my flight or train is delayed?

For airport arrivals we understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays so we always wait for you with no extra fee. By providing your flight, train or ferry details upon booking, your driver is able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly.

How do I make a booking?

All our bookings are pre booked and made online.
To make a new booking or get a quote you just need to use our search form to find our best price or send us a message on contact us form.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can change the car class, date, time and location of pickup, drop-off location and additional information. To make changes use contact form or contact us on mobile number +385914444541 (including Whats App and Viber).

How do I add extra stops to booking?

It is possible to add extra stops to a transfer booking. If you wish to make stopover during your ride, please click the stopover box during your booking process. This stops are usually done for keys pick up, or if two families are staying in different accommodation. Extra stops need to be in the same destination as the final stop or in the same area/zone as the airport, train station or cruise port and are limited to 5 minutes. If you want to make supermarket stop or some other longer stopover, please contact us in advance using contact form.

I don’t see driver at requested meeting point?

Please call us immediately at 00385914444541 or send us a message through Whats App or Viber application.

When can I get picked up?

You can get picked up anytime. We operate 24/7.

Is smoking allowed in the car?

Smoking is not allowed in the cars but feel free to ask driver for a cigarette break and he will stop you to the closest possible stop.

I am coming with a pet, is that a problem?

We are a pet friendly company, but please write us in message box that you will be accompanied by a pet. There are no extra fees for pet transport.

Can I bring a baby stroller on my transfer?

Our vehicles have capacity for 1 medium size suitcase and one hand bag per passenger seat. If you are planning to bring a baby stroller, you would need to take this into consideration when selecting your vehicle. Our minivans are all coming with extended length, so consider booking them if you have lots of luggage and strollers.

Are child seats available to book and from what age?

Child seats and boosters can be added while making your booking and they are free of charge. 
If you require a child seat for a baby under 9 months, you would need to bring your own, as we only offer front-facing child seats for babies over 9 months old.

Can you transport bike, wheelchair or musical instrument?

Yes we can transport it but please book a minivan for this type of luggage as all of our minivans come with extended length for extra luggage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans can change. Therefor we have flexible cancellation policy and there is no cancellation fees in case you cancel more than 12h in advance. For bookings cancelled less than 12h we charge 70% of the one way price.
